Access to the reserved area takes place through the use of:

Corresponds, initially and apart any subsequent modifications, to the core code.

To be requested as follows:

  • click on “Assisted persons”, corresponding to the section dedicated to the RESERVED AREAS;
  • click on “Register“;
  • enter the required code and click on “Next“;
  • enter the requested data (name, surname, date of birth, tax code, e-mail address and core code or position identifier);
  • authorize the processing of sensitive data;
  • click on “Request codes

The requested password will be sent to the e-mail address indicated during registration.
If not known, the username or identification core code and position can be requested to the contact person for relations with ASSIDIM within the company.



Accessing reimbursements:

In the Beneficiaries Reserved Area at www.assidim.it you can:

  • view / check the census data of family unit;
  • enter / modify postal adddress and email address, bank account details / IBAN code and / or fiscal code;
  • fill out reimbursement request online
  • check the reimbursement progress online;
  • gather information on the healthcare plan (benefits, maximum limit, additional services…).

You can also present your reimbursement requests on paper form by filling out the SNO4 form that can be found in the “Forms” section of the website at: https://www.assidim.it/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/SN04-NOVEMBRE-2022.pdf

Accessing the Reserved Area
  • Enter Username, which corresponds to the  FAMILY CODE, initially assigned and which can be requested to the Contact person within your company
  • Enter your Password, which can be requested as follows:
    1. click on “Beneficiaries” (Healthcare only) in the Reserved Area (lock symbol);
    2. click on “Register”
    3. enter the requested code and click on “Next”
    4. enter the requested information (first and last name, date of birth, fiscal code, e-mail address, family or company code to be asked to the Contact person within your company);
    5. authorize the processing of sensitive data
    6. click on “Request codes”

The password will be sent via e-mail.

To view and print the certification of healthcare in the event of a worldwide travels:

  1. enter the reserved area for assisted persons (healthcare plans only);
  2. click on “MY HEALTHCARE PLAN
  3. open the corresponding link within the section.


Through My Rete network (www.myrete.it) you can access to medical centres and doctors. In order to request a treatment, within the ASSIDIM web site reserved area, click on the “access providers network” box, enter the appointment information and upload the medical prescription.
