A virtual space where you can register your previous and current healthcare data. In case of travel needs you can create a healthcare passport translated in 9 languages.
MEASUREMENTS ARCHIVE
The possibility to file pressure, glycaemia, temperature, cardiac frequency, weight values and preserve a historical record to share with doctors

How can I access to MyClinic?
To use all the services provided by MyClinic complete the registration process in your private area on ASSIDIM’s portal.
Once you registered you can access to MyClinic from the internet browser on your PC or Smartphone, without having to download any apps.
How much does MyClinic cost?
MyClinic is a free service offered by ASSIDIM to beneficiaries of healthcare plans and ASSIDIM CARD.

What is MyClinic?
MyClinicis the new Europ Assistance digital platform which provides a wide range of healthcare services.
How can I access to MyClinic?
Download the APP from your smartphone’s Store and complete the registration at first access.
Once registered you will be able to use all platform services at any times directly from your smartphone.
How much does MyClinic cost?
The APP is afree service offered byASSIDIM to beneficiaries of healthcare plans and ASSIDIM CARD.
Healthcare Assistance for Beneficiaries
Access to the Web APP
Go to your reserved area on www.assidim.it and click on “Request a convention”
Go to My Clinic box and click on “Visualize details”
Access to the service by registering to the dedicated portal , and using the activation code indicated on the
Register page on MyClinic platform, insert your personal data and create a new profile
Contextually to the registration, you will be asked for your, tax code to ensure subscription with ASSIDIM
After registration, you will receive a welcome e-mail from Europ Assistance Italia with a recap of access credentials, included services and useful contacts
For future access: from ASSIDIM reserved area click on MyClinic box on «ACCESS PORTAL» and insert username and password
Access to Mobile APP
Access to Play Store if you have an Android smartphone or to theApple Store if you have an iPhone and download the APP.
Once you have installed the app, access and click on “Activate with code”.
Insert the following code 35514 and complete registration by inserting your personal data. You will be asked for your tax code code to ensure the subscription with ASSIDIM.
At the end of registration, you will receive a welcome email from Europ Assistance with a recap of all your credentials.
Now you can access to MyClinic ASSIDIM from your smartphone at any time.

- visualize information on available services as well as the relative fruition modalities.
