A Care Manager from Europ Assistance medical facility: a professional nurse with managerial and listening skills dedicated to the family.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
INTERVIEW ON NEEDS
A structured meeting with the Care Manager to understand needs for care and assistance of the ASSIDIM beneficiary or a family member.
TAILOR-MADE HOME CARE PLAN
The Care Manager together with the Europ Assistance medical team will prepare a tailor-made home care plan.
An expert in public welfare services, will also give indications on where to get medical aid and assistance, home care Services and financial resources made available by the NHS.
HOW TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE
If you are a beneficiary of ASSIDIM Health Care plans or ASSIDIM CARD, contact the Europ Assistance Medical Head Office by calling 800.95.51.06from Italy and+39 02.58.24.50.01 from abroad, active 24h a day, 365 days a year.
Senior Assistance is the home care service dedicated to the beneficiaries of ASSIDIM healthcare plans and their family members offered by Europ Assistance Italia S.p.A. with its Medical Head Office using certified Europ Assistance S.p.A Health Facilities (Prot. No. 52781 of 12/7/2013). The service is provided by a Care Manager from Europ Assistance medical Head Office: a professional nurse with managerial and listening skills, dedicated to the family.
